Will you issue me a refund if I am not happy with my color selection or decide I no longer want the product?
No. Since we do not carry any wall decals in stock, and offer thousands of size, color, and verse options, we cannot offer you a refund to restock your design. Each item is made one at a time, so that it is fresh for your wall, with your color, size, and choice of bible verse.
We do wish to serve you as best as we can, so we offer you free color selections at your request. Please measure your wall before selecting your design, to be sure it will fit as you hope.
Exchanges are made for free when we are at fault of not making your order as you request. At that time, we will replace your decal with what you have ordered, not a different choice.

Do vinyl decals damage wall paint or paper?
No. That is one of the great things about our decals. When you're ready for a change, they can be simply peeled off of your wall like a sticker, with no damage done to your paint or wall paper. If your decal was placed in a spot that recieves a lot of direct sunlight and was there for a while, the surrounding wall color may seem faded or lighter than where your decal was. This is just because no light was able to penetrate the vinyl, therefore it wouldn't seem as faded as the rest of the wall. Also, peel the decal off carefully, because hard scraping may chip paint.
How long does it take to recieve my order after placing it?
Please allow 10 days for your product to be delivered once you have completed the order. We hand make each of our products as they are ordered. We do not mass produce our decals and pull them off of shelves. We put time and attention into making sure your product is exactly what you want! So thank you for your patience as we continue to strive for excellence.
Can my decal be reused once I remove from the wall?
No, vinyl lettering can only be used once and must be discarded once removed. However, we try to keep our products at an affordable price so you can continue to update and refresh your home's look with new decals.
What will be included with my order?
With each order, you will get a small sample decal with which you can practice and perfect your application technique before adhering the sticker you requested; you will also receive an application tool to help in the process; finally, an easy to follow instruction brochure is also included in every order.
I ruined my decal when trying to apply it. Can I get a replacement or a refund?
Unfortunately we can not replace or refund a product that was ruined due to application errors. We have provided you a practice decal, installation videos on our website, and an instruction brochure in order to avoid these instances and make adhering your decal as simple as possible for you. Please take advantage of these resources before attempting application. Please call us with your situation to see what we can work out together, if anything.

I have a special occasion that I am purchasing a decal for, and it is in less than 10 days. Can I place a rush on my order?
We can not guarantee that an order will get to you by a certain date, but if you have a unique circumstance please call us by using the "contact us" link. We will do our very best to work with your situation and get you your order as soon as we can! We strive for customer satisfaction whenever possible.
My decal never arrived even though tracking shows that it was delivered to me. What should I do?
If we have shipped your order to you and tracking shows it as having been delivered, you must open a claim with the USPS. There are cases now and then that a box is waiting patiently for you at the post office for some unknown reason, but is marked as delivered. In other cases, boxes are sometimes stolen from mailboxes and front porches. We cannot be responsible for this any longer. Although we wish the world were as honest and kind as all of our customers are, we can't promise you that any longer.
Please notify us that your package is missing, because we want to know, and will do our best to give you ideas on how to find it, but we can no longer replace stolen items from customers home or business.
If your decal is destroyed in shipment, we also want to know this. In this case, it will be us who files a claim with USPS for you.
